We believe in full transparency so you can make an informed purchase. Below are our product grading categories, detailing what you can expect in terms of performance, appearance, and warranty.
Carefully review the descriptions to choose the best option for your needs and budget. Each category offers a different balance of performance, condition, and price.
New
A brand-new, unused, and unopened product in its original packaging.
- Performance: Functions flawlessly and has never been used. While the packaging may show wear, label removal, or previous markings, the product is in perfect condition. Battery life is not guaranteed and may have naturally degraded over time from the manufacturer’s original condition.
- Appearance: Pristine, with no signs of wear. Any imperfections are limited to the packaging.
- Warranty: Includes a 6-month standard warranty, with the option to extend to 1, 2, or 3 years at checkout. See our Warranty Policy for details.
Opened – Never Used
A product that has never been used but may have missing or unsealed packaging.
- Performance: Like new and fully functional. All accessories are included unless stated otherwise. Battery life is not guaranteed and may have naturally degraded over time.
- Appearance: The item is in excellent condition, with no visible wear. The original packaging may be open or missing, but the product itself is pristine.
- Warranty: Includes a 6-month standard warranty, with the option to extend to 1, 2, or 3 years at checkout. See our Warranty Policy for details.
Grade A - Refurbished
A high-quality refurbished item that has been professionally cleaned, inspected, and restored to good condition.
- Performance: The product is fully functional and meets all intended capabilities. Battery life is at least 80% (if applicable), ensuring reliable use without frequent charging.
- Appearance: Expect moderate wear, such as light scratches, scuffs, or minor fading from stickers. Laptops may have barely noticeable shiny patches on the touchpad, keyboard, or palm rest. These minor cosmetic signs do not affect functionality.
- Warranty: Includes a 6-month standard warranty, with the option to extend to 1, 2, or 3 years at checkout. See our Warranty Policy for details.
Grade B - Refurbished
A previously owned device that remains fully functional but shows moderate signs of use.
- Performance: The device works as intended, with all key functions operational (e.g., screen, keyboard, touchpad, ports, power button). Battery life is not guaranteed. It comes with a minimum of 50% (if applicable), reported battery life, ensuring at least 1-hour uptime.
- Appearance: Expect moderate signs of use, such as shiny keys, a worn touchpad, or small dents, or scratches. Missing non-essential parts (e.g., SIM or SD card blanking plates). Screens may have 1-2 dead pixels or pressure marks, but they remain readable. Vinyl covers may be applied to improve appearance and protect the device.

Grade C - Refurbished
A fully functional device with significant cosmetic damage that does not affect operation.
- Performance: The device works as intended, with all key functions operational (e.g., screen, keyboard, touchpad, ports, power button). Battery life is not guaranteed. It comes with a minimum of 50% (if applicable), reported battery life, ensuring at least 1-hour uptime.
- Appearance: Expect visible dents, deep scratches, cracks in the chassis, or missing non-essential parts. Paint imperfections, sticker outlines, or label marks may also be present. Screens may have 1-2 dead pixels or pressure marks, but they remain usable and does not affect reading text on screen. Some devices may have vinyl covers applied to improve appearance. May have missing non-essential parts (e.g., SIM or SD card blanking plates, rubber feet). Examples of imperfections will be photographed and clearly described in the product listing.

- Price: These devices are priced lower than our Grade B - Refurbished models, reflecting their condition while still offering full functionality at a budget-friendly cost.
