Opened – Never Used

• Appearance: The item is in excellent condition, with no visible wear. The original packaging may be open or missing, but the product itself is pristine.

Grade A - Refurbished

• Performance: The product is fully functional and meets all intended capabilities. Battery life is at least 80% (if applicable), ensuring reliable use without frequent charging.
• Appearance: Expect moderate wear, such as light scratches, scuffs, or minor fading from stickers. Laptops may have barely noticeable shiny patches on the touchpad, keyboard, or palm rest. These minor cosmetic signs do not affect functionality.

Grade B - Refurbished

• Performance: The device works as intended, with all key functions operational (e.g., screen, keyboard, touchpad, ports, power button). Battery life is not guaranteed. It comes with a minimum of 50% (if applicable), reported battery life, ensuring at least 1-hour uptime.
• Appearance: Expect moderate signs of use, such as shiny keys, a worn touchpad, or small dents, or scratches. This may also include minor paint imperfections, faint sticker outlines, or light label marks. Missing non-essential parts (e.g., SIM or SD card blanking plates). Screens may have 1–2 dead pixels or pressure marks, but they remain readable. Vinyl covers may be applied to improve appearance and protect the device.

Grade C - Refurbished
