Opened – Never Used

• Appearance: The item is in excellent condition, with no visible wear. The original packaging may be open or missing, but the product itself is pristine.

Grade A - Refurbished

Grade B - Refurbished

• Appearance: Expect moderate signs of use, such as shiny keys, a worn touchpad, or small dents, or scratches.
