Requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization): If you wish to return an item, please get in touch with our customer support team directly to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending the item back to us. The RMA is a unique identifier that helps us process your return efficiently and ensures that your request is properly tracked through our system.

  2. Packaging Guidelines for Returns: Whenever possible, we kindly ask that you use the same packaging in which the item was originally delivered when returning it to us. Using the original packaging helps protect the product during transit and reduces the risk of damage.

  3. Returning New Items in Manufacturer's Original Packaging: For new items being returned, it is essential to send them back in the manufacturer's original packaging. This requirement ensures that the item remains protected and retains its resale value. Returning new items in their original packaging also facilitates a smoother assessment of the product's condition upon receipt.

  4. Refund of Delivery Charges: In most cases, delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit. If you are returning an item due to a fault or damage caused during shipping, we will refund the delivery charges as part of the return process. However, if you are returning the item for reasons unrelated to a defect or damage, the original delivery charges will not be included in the refund.


Our 30-day returns guarantee allows you to return any item purchased from us within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is in its original condition. Whether you simply changed your mind about the purchase or have other reasons for returning the item, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products.

If the return is initiated within this 30-day period and the item is in its original condition, we will process the refund or exchange promptly according to your preference.

Please note that this guarantee does not apply to items that have been physically damaged, intentionally misused, or subjected to improper handling.


All purchased products automatically include a 6-month warranty as standard, unless an alternative duration is chosen during checkout. At checkout, you can opt to extend the warranty to 1, 2, or 3 years from the purchase date.

The warranty requires the item to be returned to us in the event of a warranty claim, and we'll either repair or replace the product, as per the warranty's terms and conditions. In the event a repair, or a like-for-like replacement is unavailable, an alternative of equal value may be offered as a replacement. During the first 30 days of purchase, we will cover the cost of the return postage. After this time period, it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover any costs incurred. Incorrect items, or items that have been damaged in transit, must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

Physical damage and liquid damage are not covered under warranty. For battery operated devices; Batteries are considered consumable items, and as such, will need to be replaced periodically. Battery degradation is not covered under the warranty.

In all instances, this returns policy and warranty do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, which may vary depending on your location and local consumer protection laws.
